What is the Clark Fork Watershed?
The Clark Fork River and its tributaries drain most of western Montana. The upper river and headwaters were heavily impacted by wastes from over a century of mining. Today, the area is the largest Superfund environmental clean-up site in the nation.

HWY 200 Bridge Project Update

NOTICE:

On Jan 2, 2008 at 8 AM, MDT will split the traffic on HWY 200 in Milltown, MT. West bound traffic will travel on the detour bridge and east bound traffic will travel on the old bridge. MDT's contractor will be placing barriers and finishing up what ever else there is to do so at 5 PM all traffic will be using the new detour bridge and roadway.

The speed limit on the new detour bridge and roadway will be 25 mph (until further notice) and wide loads will continue to detour around on I-90 Exit 120.
